How do I shop here?
Shopping at our site is easy. First choose a category in the blue menu bar on the left . Each
product page will have many different products. If you want to order a item or read more about that product
before you buy it, you can click the picture of the item or product or click the "More Info" button.
Once you are on the page for that product you will have the option to add it or any accessories
you want for the product to your shopping cart. Once you are in your shopping cart, you can then click the
"Continue Shopping" or "Buy Accessories" links to add more items to your shopping cart. When you are
ready to check out, you can click the "View Shopping Cart" link in the top left corner under the picture of the
shopping cart to view your cart items.
Now that you are in your shopping cart and ready to check out you will simply click on the "Purchase
These Items" link that will take you to a page to fill in your billing information. This is the address used on
your credit card bill. You will have the option to ship to an alternate address on the next page. Once you have
this filled in correctly you will click the "Proceed to Secure Server" button at the bottom.
Now you will enter your credit card info and alternate shipping address, if applicable. Once this is filled
out you can go to the bottom of the page and press the "Submit Securely" button. Your information will be
encrypted for your protection. Be sure that you only click this button once. Clicking more than once could send
us duplicate orders. Also be advised that you may need to wait for up to two minutes waiting for the credit
card to be verified.
We will then be sent your order and will get it shipped ASAP. spyder-paintball.com accepts Visa, MC and
American Express.

What shipping methods do you use?
Domestic shipping is via United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Most orders are shipped within
48 hours. The default shipping method is UPS ground.

What if I want faster delivery?
The shipping calculated on the site is for standard U.S. Domestic service only such as UPS Ground. If
you need faster delivery you will need to call us at (888) 705-5285 and we will arrange it for you.

International and Overseas Orders
spyder-paintball.com does not accept international orders via credit card. To order internationally,
you will need to fax your order to us at 270-637-9913 and we will email you the wire
transfer instructions for payment. Shipment will not be made until payment has been received.
Shipping charges calculated online are based on U.S. Domestic rates. If you need an International
order we will email you with the shipping rate quote. You will have 5 business days to respond to the
quote stating that you agree with the charges and would like us to ship the item. If you do not respond
within this time frame we will cancel your order.
Overseas orders are shipped via Federal Express, U.P.S., U.S. Postal Service, or D.H.L.. We will search these to give you the
best rate. Shipping & handling charges do NOT include any VAT/GST taxes or customs duties. Customer is
completely responsible for these.

What is your lowest price guarantee?
spyder-paintballs.com offers the lowest prices guaranteed. If you find another store offering the same or
lower price than us, we will beat it. Please note that these prices must be published and advertised prices
not special quotes. You must contact spyder-paintballs.com with the competitors lower price before
you place your order with us. No discounts will be given after you have ordered.

You can still order if you do not have a credit card. Simply fill your shopping cart with the items you want,
click the "Purchase These Items" link in your shopping cart and print that page. You can then send the printed

Ordering online at spyder-paintball.com is 100% safe and secure. If your credit card charges are not
unauthorized you pay nothing.

Back Orders
If a product that you are ordering is on back order we have a first order, first shipped policy. You may
cancel your order at any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please email
spyder-paintorders@pacbell.net with your order details or call us at (888) 705-5285. We will need
your full information including the order number that was emailed to you with your order and the exact date you
ordered so we can check our database. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order and it will
have to go to the destination and you will have to get an
Return Authorization #
for the item(s).

How does the free shipping work?
If your order (before shipping costs) is greater than $150, then we pay for the shipping.
That means you can get an extra tank or maybe a gun upgrade too. Because of the low margins and high
shipping costs of paintballs, paintballs are excluded from this offer.

Returning unwanted or damaged merchandise
If you decide you do not want an item you must ship the item back to us within 30 days. spyder-paintball.com
will not accept returns on orders over 30 days or on orders that have been opened. There will be a
25% restock fee for all unwanted items. Your credit card will be credited 75% of the item price. We do not
refund shipping costs.
However if you receive items that are damaged you will need to
Contact Customer Service or call (888) 705-5285 to receive an RMA# from them.
We will not accept returns without a RMA#.
