This is a basic Crossman 12gram single cartridge in a 50 pack. The CO2 cartridge is a one use item. When you screw it on, the seal is pierced. Since there is no valve on the cartridge, it cannot be refilled. The cartridge will fire about 10 rounds on average, depending on how long the cartridge has been in (there is a little seepage so after several hours there isn't as much pressure), and the settings on the marker. The manufacturer says that a fresh cartridge may get you as many as 20 shots with lower pressure settings and a fresh cartridge, while one that has been in for a few hours may only get 3-5.
